A New PPMA Board Executive

The PPMA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Sandra Sumner of Shindico has taken on the position of President of the board. Her breadth of experience in property management and involvement in many aspects of our association (chairing the social committee, education committee and others), makes her an ideal fit to lead us forward. Welcome to the first female President of the PPMA!

With that, we are also welcoming Robyn Grant of Globe Property Management as our new Vice-President. Robyn is a strong advocate for the property management industry and has been a huge part of the Political Action Committee in the last year or two. She has also been chair of the Safety & Security Committee, the Awards Committee and others. Welcome, Robyn!

And last, but certainly not least, this means we owe a huge thanks to Garret Wong of Upper Edge Property Management, who has been our fearless leader for more than four years. Under his watch, we launched new websites, new training sessions, new marketing opportunities and moved forward with many industry advocacy topics. We are grateful for his commitment and dedication to the PPMA and know that he will continue to support us in his role as Past President.
