Trade Show Information
Tradeshow booths are available exclusively to our Associate Member. Each years exhibitors are given first-right of refusal to exhibit.
Exhibitor Booths $825.00 plus gst for returning exhibitors. $900 plus gst for new exhibitors. Includes Table and two chairs, black table covers and drape behind the booth. Electrical outlet is also included.
Exhibitors booth purchase includes Breakfast and the Awards Lunch for two.
All exhibitors must be members in good standing of the PPMA. Please ensure that your 2026 membership fees are paid prior to March 1, 2026. The Trade Show Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to exhibitors not in good standing. All exhibitor fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Associate and Principal Members are encouraged to invite contacts to attend the Tradeshow. Tradeshow Visitor badges will be available at registration. There is no cost to attend the Tradeshow for visitors - so invite your customers, clients and anyone who might enjoy the Trade Show Floor.
