Membership Policies

  • All applications are reviewed by our board prior to approval. Please note that property management members must be registered with Manitoba Securities Commission and have a trust account.

  • Our memberships run from January 1st to December 31st and are pro-rated quarterly. If a membership lapses during any year, the member cannot be reinstated during that calendar year without paying the annual dues in full. For example: if a membership lapses in March and the company tries to join in November, they will pay a full annual amount instead of a pro-rated amount.

  • Memberships are in the name of the company and any representative of that company may attend our activities and events. The more, the merrier!

  • We have a code of ethics and expect our members to behave professionally at all times, including on social media. Suspensions can and will be considered for a breach of the code of ethics, after a review by the Ethics Committee.
