This membership class is for property managers in Manitoba.
Our monthly membership meetings, annual conference, seminars and workshops are designed to provide the most up-to-date information on topics of interest to property managers.
Our Political Action Committee meets monthly with the Residential Tenancies Branch, has relationships with the Manitoba Securities Commission and is an active member of the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations.
We have lots of committees who need enthusiastic, knowledgeable property managers to help shape and guide our association.
As the sole voice for the residential rental industry in Manitoba, we constantly strive to foster and maintain strong relations with all levels of government, neighbourhood associations and other industry peers.
We offer you many opportunities to meet other industry professionals, both in formal and informal settings. Our members love to connect and support each other. All you have to do is ask!
Our Associate members offer year-round discounts to members, as well as short-term special offers, which are highlighted monthly in our e-newsletter.

Plus, additional workshops and sessions depending on industry needs
We encourage our members to follow us and interact with others on LinkedIn and our private Facebook group.
All applications are reviewed by our board prior to approval. Please note that property management members must be registered with Manitoba Securities Commission and have a trust account.
Our memberships run from January 1st to December 31st and are pro-rated quarterly. If a membership lapses during any year, the member cannot be reinstated during that calendar year without paying the annual dues in full. For example: if a membership lapses in March and the company tries to join in November, they will pay a full annual amount instead of a pro-rated amount.
Memberships are in the name of the company and any representative of that company may attend our activities and events. The more, the merrier!
We have a code of ethics and expect our members to behave professionally at all times, including on social media. Suspensions can and will be considered for a breach of the code of ethics, after a review by the Ethics Committee.
