Capital Property Management is new in the residential property management industry in Winnipeg. We opened up June 1st.

RealPlace Property Management is a new company in Winnipeg and is planning to
manage residential dwellings focusing on single family dwellings. We are excited to join this association to improve our knowledge in property management and to connect to professionals in the same area.

When installed, they increase the perimeter security of your home or business. We have been in operation since early 2020, and decided it was time to join PPMA in order to get our services in front of the people who could benefit most from it: property managers.We provide custom-made retrofit pieces of RockGlass and SecureAll

Jani-King of Manitoba has provided commercial cleaning services to over 500 businesses throughout Manitoba for more than 25 years, including comprehensive cleaning programs, disinfection service, floor and carpet care, and post-construction cleaning. Most recently, Jani-King of Manitoba is proud to provide janitorial services for the local government at a vaccination supersite in North Winnipeg, demonstrating our passion for contributing to and working with our local community.
We are excited to be members of PPMA and to learn more about the dealership industry. We want to support local businesses, provide solutions to their needs, and celebrate their successes through available sponsorship and networking opportunities. We are big believers in
