Who is the PPMA?
The PPMA was first organized in 1984 and currently represents 60,000 rental units, over 1/3 of the total rental universe in Manitoba and 60% within Winnipeg - both private and public sector housing - 64 property owners and managers and over 126 Associate members from the supply industry.  PPMA is the sole voice for the residential rental industry in Manitoba.

The PPMA welcomes Members who are owners/property managers of residential rental properties and Associate Members from the residential rental supply industry.
