Membership in PPMA

Property Managers Association. We are pleased to advise you that the PPMA
welcomes Members from the property management and ownership industry and Associate Members from the supply
industry. |

| The PPMA was first organized in 1984 and currently represents
55,134 rental units,
over 1/3 of the total rental universe in Manitoba
and 60% within Winnipeg
- both private and public sector housing - and 54 property owners and managers.
Our Association has 63 different
Associate members from the supply industry. All members are encouraged to
regularly attend all general meetings of the PPMA, which are held the second
Wednesday of each month (excluding July and August), when topics of interest to
the entire industry are discussed. |

We have three membership categories to choose from: 1. Associate Membership dues are $400.00 plus GST annually
2. Property Owner/Manager 1-99 units dues are $150.00 plus $0.25 per unit managed for 1-99 units, plus GST annually 3. Property Owner/Manager 100+ units dues are $300.00 plus $0.25 per unit managed for 100+ units, plus GST (to a maximum of $1,200.00) annually. Membership dues are to be paid in full by January 1st of each year. In the event that you are joining our Association after the month of January, your membership dues will be pro-rated from the date membership is accepted.
