Who is the PPMA?
The PPMA was first organized in 1984 and currently represents 58,139 rental
units, over 1/3 of the total rental universe in Manitoba and 60% within Winnipeg
- both private and public sector housing - 58 property owners and managers and
over 96 Associate members from the supply industry. PPMA is
the sole voice for the residential rental industry in Manitoba.
