For those of you who are not aware, the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce is currently working to create a policy on rent control. Avrom Charach, Grant Stevenson and I have been working with the Chamber to ensure that their policy position echoes that of the PPMA.
The policy is now in its final stages and should soon be ready for presentation
to the
