
Q1: How would you rate the branch's pre-recorded phone messages? While most of our members said that they did not listen to the phone messages, those that did found them to be somewhat useful.
Q2: How often do you visit the branch's website? Most of our members indicated that they regularly visit the branch's website.
Q3: If you visit the site, what do you refer to most frequently? First was the policies and procedures guidebook, then came the security deposit interest calculation page and last the prescribed forms page.
Q4: If you could file your Notice of Increase in Rent and Notice to New Tenant forms electronically, would you do so? Most indicated that they absolutely would, while only a small number indicated that they would not.
