Our 6th annual tournament was our best attended & supported event, in no small part due to the hard work of our team of committee members who personally contacted each PPMA member and past golf supporters to ensure a sell out for each of our sponsorship levels and golf spots.
 

A special thank you is owed to TD Canada Trust, Multi-Unit Residential Mortgage Division, our Marquis Sponsor, for their commitment to our success this year.
 

I have had the distinct privilege of organizing this tournament for past five years.  It has been quite a journey from the 1st tournament in 1999, which was my introduction to golf and the first tournament I had ever organized, to this our 6th one.  However, this is my last year fully organizing the PPMA golf tournament, as there are other association areas that require my dedication and efforts (like our annual conference & trade show, newsletter and member advantage program).  I have sincerely enjoyed the time spent on this event and the relationships formed with those who have supported it.  I will however, remain in the background to ensure the tournaments continued success, as I do with all PPMA events...so you still have my e-mails and faxes to look forward to!
 

You will notice that throughout the campaign for this 6th tournament I have had a co-chair—Grant Stevenson of A.S.H. Management Group Inc.  I trust that you will give Grant the same kind of warm reception next year when he assumes the reigns and he & his committee come calling for your support of the 7th annual tournament.

We especially want to recognize the sponsors, participants and volunteers whose generous support and boundless energy made our $5000 gift to Habitat For Humanity possible and congratulations to our Grand Prize “Mini-Vacation Weekend Getaway” trip winner, Bill Hrabi of BFI Canada.
